My therapeutic style is centered around respect, empathy, and active engagement. Our first task together is to help reduce your pain and restore your sense of well-being. Our next goal is very important: to help you identify the thinking, feelings, reactions, and behavior patterns that contribute to creating ongoing distress.

Using cognitive-behavioral techniques and a comprehensive understanding of your history, we can begin a change process of healing and personal growth.

Our final goal is to provide you with the tools, techniques, and strategies to help you identify and replace self-defeating patterns and adopt positive, growth-oriented behaviors and responses.
