As a former employee assistance professional with both Kaiser Permanente and Integrated Insights (formerly HHRC) and as an Executive/Clinical Director (14 years) with one of San Diego State University Research Foundation’s biggest projects, I have a wealth of management experience with employees. I can assist your small or mid-size business launch successful employee initiatives, manage organizational change, and provide employee training.
